Nature Poems

A determined little worm
Measuring by foot
My yard in inches

The Chrysalis

A walk-in closet
Where winter coats are exchanged
For summer wardrobes
Down a spider's thread
Dew drops rolling one by one
Soon a string of pearls
The Spider

The tightrope walker
Slips but lands safely
In the net he wove himself

A still summer night
The moon descends
To bathe in a shimmering pool
