Here are some more words I've been working on
that may be rewritten as a poem or a song:

Song Seven

If you have to break my heart,
Spare me not the hurt.
Shatter it to pieces
I can share with all the world.
To love you once alone is worth
All the lives I've walked this earth.
The greatest love - a quiet trust -
Without a word, is understood.

Sonnet One Song Two Songs Three & Four Songs Five & Six

There's a . . .

Sweet sad innocence
that draws me to your Soul.
It makes me want to hold you close
before I let you go.
When you're lost alone in thoughts,
in prayer without words,
I long to kiss you gently and
Erase away the hurts.
How sad you have forgotten me -
I loved you long ago.
The memory of that tragedy
is not for you to know.
You're written in my heart so deep,
the sacred angels grieve for me.
All I do now bears a touch of
Mercy in the hands of love,
reminding me that finding you
was planned by God above.

Love Song Ode to Shakespeare Scarlet Letter

A Message from the Universe

Behind the Iron Curtain,
Beyond the Fall of Rome,
There's Hope in the uncertain,
And Truth in the unknown.

Beneath the stars and planets,
Along the coral reef,
A method calms the madness,
And war gives in to peace.

Fear not my changing surface
For what may lie below,
But trust a higher Purpose
That you already know.
